coaching for intentional living, burnout and stress eating relief for women solopreneurs
Being a professional and a mom and a wife and a daughter and a friend and on and on. If you’re like me all of these relationships make a lot of demands on your time and energy.
It’s easy for you dreams to get pushed to the bottom of the heap of needs.
What you need is important too, without sacrificing who and what you love most or adding more stress!
Tracie created the Powerful Calm Lab as a gathering place for women to open to the power within and use it for a greater sense of calm and clarity in their lives.
At the foundation is creating habits for calm and clarity in life with practical skills that become daily well-being habits. Once the practical skills are in place, most women begin to open their hearts to what’s possible for their lives. Blocks are cleared and the pathway to a life you want to pursue opens.
The Powerful Calm Lab is:
> part anti-stress strategies, tools and techniques
> part boundary clarification and implementation
> part intentional living mentorship
Tracie loves sharing her knowledge, and 20+ years of both professional and personal experience to mentor others in living a Powerful Calm life.
Powerful Calm is more than simple tools – we strive to support your personal and business growth with life long skills.
Tracie Strucker is the voice behind the quickly growing personal development brand, Powerful Calm. She was introduced to personal growth, guided imagery and meditation as a teen growing up in Southern California. She followed this path in college, earning an undergraduate degree in philosophy and a PhD in psychology. Tracie’s interest in consciousness, mind/body health and women’s growth and development informed her 20+ years as a licensed psychotherapist.
Her therapy practice focused on stress-related mind/body disorders such as eating disorders, addiction, and body image. During this time, she founded an Eating Disorder Clinic and, for over a decade, helped clients consistently achieve an 80 percent reduction in symptoms after one month. She’s helped thousands of women over the years be less stressed and find peace in their relationship with food and their bodies through one-on-one work, groups, intensive programs, workshops, and speaking engagements.
While living in the Washington, D.C. area, Tracie has continued to develop and grow her interest in transformational coaching and mentoring using the key concepts she developed working with women on stress reduction, increasing mind/body awareness and emotional mastery, which lead to a calm and clear self-relationship. After practicing mostly with individual clients since moving to Washington from Austin, Texas, Tracie has felt the pull to teach these skills to larger groups. She started the Powerful Calm Lab to bring these skills to more women in the world.
