Hi! I’m Dr. Tracie Strucker, creator of the Stress Eating Breakthrough

I’m a licensed psychotherapist and life strategist. For over 2 decades, my work has focused on how stress impacts women’s relationship with themselves, their work, and their goals. While living in Austin, Texas, I founded an eating disorder clinic where we helped our clients consistently achieve, on average, an 80 percent reduction in problematic eating after one month. Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of women be less stressed and find peace in their relationship with food and their bodies through one-on-one work, groups, intensive programs, workshops, and speaking and writing for local and national audiences.
